VICKY BUTRICK, 48, 23608 Nelson Ave., died Wednesday June 16, 1999 at Mercy Hospital, Des Moines, from injuries received in a car - motorcycle accident May 31, 1999.
Services will be 10:30 AM Saturday at Laufersweiler Funeral Home with Rev. Ken Greene, Pastor of Riverside United Methodist Church, officiating. Friends may call from 4 to 8 PM today at the funeral home.
Survivors include son Brandon, Fort Dodge; Granddaughter McKenzie; Parents David and Betty Pritchard, Fort Dodge; Brothers David B. Pritchard, Clearwater FL, Larry Pritchard, Duncombe and Alan Pritchard, Clearwater FL; Sisters Sue Bradley, Fort Dodge, Deb Moore, Fort Dodge, Lynne Grove, Harlan; and Grandmother Blanche Shipman, Fort Dodge, She was preceded in death by her husband Lenard on May 31st; Sister Kristi in 1980; Grandfather Earl Shipman, and Grandparents Orval and Flossie Pritchard.
Vicky Lee Pritchard was born October 24, 1950 in Fort Dodge. She attended schools in Fort Dodge and graduated in 1968. In 1968 she married Lenard Butrick in Fort Dodge and they established their home in Webster City, then later moved to Fort Dodge. She was Manager of Doc's Stop for several years and at the time of her death was employed in sales at Menard's.
She was a member of A.B.A.T.E. of Iowa.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be left to the discretion of the family.
